infection control measures for the safety of our patients and staff

Patient Safety

At O'Neal Periodontics, Dr. Cheria O'Neal and Team take the safety and health of our patients very seriously.

Since we opened our doors, we have followed professional infection control guidelines as set forth by the American Dental Association®, Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Georgia Department of Public Health and OSHA. We continually update our knowledge, our equipment and our protocols to meet or exceed the current infection control guidelines.

COVID-19 Update

disinfecting surfaces in our dental office

Like many of you, our office is continually monitoring the COVID-19 (Corona Virus) outbreak. Out of an abundance of caution, we have started taking the temperature of all employees each morning. We are doing this as part of our due diligence to protect our patients and staff from illness, while remaining open to see our patients.

Our office is ensuring that all hard surfaces (doorknobs, counters, pens, etc.) are wiped down multiple times daily as well as continuing to follow proper infection control procedures.

Our office is following the current CDC COVID-19 prevention recommendations.
